All messaging templates provided within SpinaDesk are strictly for administrative scheduling and appointment reminders.

3. Practitioner Sole Responsibility

The attending licensed healthcare practitioner retains full, sole, and un-delegable responsibility for patient care, clinical evaluation, treatment plans, medical history verification, and informed consent. SpinaDesk disclaims all liability for clinical outcomes, missed appointments, or patient communications.
